“Memories” is the name of a project presenting loose narratives in which survivors relive their experiences of the Nazi occupation. Although they are not always necessarily factual accounts of what happened, they are always linked by certain emotions which change over time, just as the emotions evoked by reminiscences change. What all these stories have in common are the Small Fortress and the Terezín Ghetto, where the survivors’ fates were interwoven. Thank you to all those who have kindly allowed us to present these stories to their listeners.
