Children will enjoy the Entertainment trail of the Knight, Milota Kolowrat, where they can experience what it was like as a valuable member of a knightly retinue and try their luck at archery, climbing up the totem pole and axe throwing. The entertaining nature trail that runs through the chateau’s park, where children can „torment” their little brains solving various tasks, takes you to the newly opened Kolowrat Tower. Each fl oor of the 20 m high tower is interactive and off ers splendid views of the chateau grounds and of the Boating Museum situated in nearby Zručský yard. The exhibition includes historic and most modern boats and kayaks. Children will enjoy talking to the mannequin and can try sailing down the model river in a boat across both safe and dangerous weirs. Tickets to all exhibitions can be purchased daily from 10:00 to 17:00 hrs from our Information Centre situated in the passage to the chateau, and where our kind staff can assist you in choosing your itinerary.
Do not forget to mark August 6, 2016 in your calendar, which is when the chateau grounds will host a historic festival with jugglers, music, theatrical scenes and a traditional fair.
