Friday September 11th

For history lovers::
European Heritage Days – Prácheň Museum, Malt House with the possibility of viewing the exhibition of the 8th International Biennale of Animated Humour, Dean’s Church, Church of St. Wenceslas, St. Cross Church, St. Trinity Church, U Koulí House, arboretum of the forestry school. Free admission, in the morning you can look forward to accompaniment in period costumes.
For hikers: A 12 km walk along the Písek sightseeing route in the company of the Czech Tourist Club; in the afternoon the option of visiting Klokočín fortress.
For cyclists: An organised trip “Around Písek” with a stop at the Permonické Festivities in Ražice, start at 10 a.m. from Palacký Park in Písek (bikes for hire on site).
For horse lovers: From 1.30 p.m. a guided tour around the Regional Stud Farm (Entrance fee CZK 50, children CZK 20).

Sunday September 13th

A morning hiking trip to Písecké Mountains, following in the steps of the Homolka family.

The price of only CZK 1,400 per person includes:
Accommodation for 2 nights in a double room in a “comfort” category guest house with breakfast; a travel guide during trips on September 11th and 13th; dinner with Švejk; detailed information about the programme for September 12th. Minimum – 10 people.
